Thank you for choosing us for your healthcare needs. By choosing us, you have selected a practice and a team that demonstrates the highest level of clinical excellence you should expect in your healthcare needs. Our clinic has been serving our community for over a decade!

Our goal is to provide the highest quality care for all of our patients in a timely and respectful manner.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM 12:30 PM -2:30 PM-5:45 PM.

Every effort is made to see our patients for chronic problems during office hours. Please note that our schedulers are available to you Monday- Friday and will do their best to accommodate you. Booking an appointment is essential to ensuring all patients receive the time they require for quality care.

Below are some commonly asked questions when booking an appointment with us.

Do you have questions about one of our highly recommended programs? When you call our office, one of our team members will be happy to assist you and answer any questions they can.

Why am I having to make a deposit for a first-time appointment? When booking a New Patient appointment, there is a deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if there is a cancellation notice that follows our missed appointment policy.

We are a very busy clinic, and we ask that our patients be committed and serious about getting their problem assessed. There is a high demand for our new patient appointments, and we dedicate time in the schedule just for you so the doctor can get you the answers you need. Once you make your deposit, we'll be able to reserve that appointment for you. If you do not show up without giving us enough notice, you are essentially taking that opportunity away from another patient who wants and needs to our help.

Do you take insurance? When you come in for your first visit, we will collect your insurance information. Some services may be covered by your insurance, while some services may be classified as elective by your carrier. Once we are able to determine which program you need for optimal health, then we can see what your financial options are for covering your care.
