Every effort is made to see our patients for chronic problems during office hours. Please note that our schedulers are available to you Monday- Friday and will do their best to accommodate you. Booking an appointment is essential to ensuring all patients receive the time they require for quality medical care.

Below are some common asked questions when booking an appointment with us.

Do you have questions about one of our highly recommended programs? When you call our office, one of our team member will be happy to assist you and answer any questions they can.

Why am I having to make a deposit for a first time appointment? When booking a New Patient appointment. There is a deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if there is a cancellation notice that follows our missed appointment policy.

We are a very busy clinic, and we ask that our patients be very serious about getting care. There is a high demand for our new patient appointments, in which we take a big chunk out of our schedule just for you so the doctor can get you the answers you need. Once you make your deposit, we'll be able to reserve that appointment for you. If you do not show up without giving us enough notice, you are essentially taking that opportunity away from a patient who could have made it and who really wants and needs to get in. We just need to know that you’re committed to be there!

Do you take insurance? When you come in for your visit we will collect your insurance information. Some services could be covered by your insurance some services could be considered elective. Once we are able to determine which program work best for you, then we can see what your insurance coverage is.
