One of our primary goals is to provide excellent individualized care. "No-Shows" and late cancellations prevents other clients from accessing the care they need in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of care. We are proud of our ability to see our patients when they need care and we need your cooperation to do so.
Cancelling Your Appointment
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to patient in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the ability to have access to timely medical care.
Patients who arrive on time are seen at their scheduled time. Patients who have arrived on time will be seen ahead of those who arrive late. If you arrive late, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your visit.
A cancellation is considered late when a client fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 24-hour advance notice.
An established client who cancels without 24 hours notice, may result in a $25 cancellation fee. An appointment scheduled for Monday or Tuesday must be cancelled must be done the previous Thursday, during business hours to avoid the $25 cancellation fee. This fee will be billed to your account.

Call ahead if you are late or unable to make your appointment time. We will do all that we can to accommodate your appointment and to minimize the need to reschedule your appointment.
A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in your medical record as a "no-show." • Established Clients
- First missed appointment: there will be no charge.
- Subsequent missed appointments: $35 fee will be billed to your account each time.
• New Clients
- The Deposit- for every new patient there is a deposit required at the time of booking. If there is not enough notice of cancelling your appointment or a "no-show" the deposit is non refundable. If you wish to reschedule the deposit will be due.
We ask that you allow plenty of time to get to the office for your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. We will strive to stay on time. From time to time, a patient emergency arises and we may be running late for your visit. You will have the option to re-schedule or stay to be seen and we will keep you informed of how long of a delay you may experience. There will be no charge for a missed appt if this occurs.
